It also holds gators. Some pretty big ones too, 10 footers. When I would crab at the clear lake park boat ramp pier late at night they'd be coming back from clear lake back into the bayous in Taylor lake village.

There’s Definitely some big ones bro! They’re all in mudlake on the other side too. One of my buddy’s caught one at the pier a couple days ago

@@reygarcia6627 it's kinda cool to have a tug of war with one over a chicken leg. At least until he decided he was done playing.

Certain times of year Taylor lake can be very good for trout. Ive also had great fun launching from Armand bayou park and fishing where horsepen dumps into mudlake. The clearlake area can be fun...and its 5 minutes from home.

I primarily use the ePDL for long distance trips. This trip called for precision positioning in high winds and moving water. So I had to use the AP120.

  • @CatchingwithKyle

    2 ай бұрын

I know sound like a hater but I just call it as I see it. You have been fishing for to long to call those dinks big fish because they passed the 15 inch mark. Also I’ll just be honest and say it here, although I want to be a fan of the channel because we fish a lot of the same areas and styles you are a great example of what I dislike about KZread fisherman. 1.) you put your spots on KZread and sell spots on patreon (ruins a lot of spots) 2.) focus mainly on gear and pushing products and not enough about actual fish patterns. Every video is just a commercial for you sponsors. This is what you call a sellout. Doing what you love for a living is great until you become a sellout. 3.) to make sure you get views you often use clickbait titles and thumbnails
