First heard this song when I was in Zambia back in 2009. Still love it. I don't even speak the language/s he is using.

He says it gives him fear when he thinks about his future, will he be able to see 2010, will he be able to see his grand children, he say he is afraid to test for HIV because of the life style he lived playing with naughty girl, he gives an example of Gwen and Peggy. This song was done way back if my memory is correct it should have been in 2003.
