Yo one tip, hope this helps: Pls avoid putting yourself down when you make a mistake. That Bind match was so relatable but tilt will ruin your grind. Improving in ranked is about fixating on 1-2 simple changes to your fundamentals every game. Don’t beat yourself up for losing clutches or making dumb whiffs, it’s all part of improvement. Panicking about bad performance will lead to worse performance. So instead, celebrate when you’re able to accurately accomplish the “change” you set at the beginning of each match. That being said, your passion for this is remarkable. Thanks for being a shining star in this community, Gabe. :)

I love how raw this episode end up being. The sudden realization of "not recording instead of streaming" is hilarious. Gotta love Gabe whatever his doing, is pleasant to watch and it makes me smile.
Peak Immortal 2 162rr player here. I've watched lots of Low ELO players play the game and have helped many climb from silver One big issue I see in your gameplay is your mechanics (a very common issue with all players in Low ELO). Mainly: - Panic spraying with Rifles - Then not letting your spray reset which results you in missing even more bullets with a Vandal. This problem can be solved by focusing on only shooting 1 to 2 bullets at a time, aiming to keep your shooting inaccuracy as close to 0% as possible should help you in most of your gunfights to reduce inconsistency, you have a lot more time in this ELO than you think in order to finish your target off so don't feel like it's a race to who hits the other target first wins, do your best to focus on hitting the head, if you end up tapping the players body a couple times, you may finish them with a spray down because your bullets are very likely to kill your target since you only need to hit a few of them to kill because you've lowered them. - Run and gunning in fights. There is time where run and gunning is useful, and times where it isn't, and there is more times where it isn't compared to when it is. So I'll list some examples below DO: Run and Gun with you weapon at point blank range to make it hard for your opponent to hit you, because you are in their face you move quicker off their screen compared to if you were 20+ meters away. Run and gun with your Spectre at short range, the movement inaccuracy isn't a big issue on the spectre, so you can get away with being a race car and just drive by-ing everyone you see at around 5 Meters, you can also crouch run and gun too if you need the extra accuracy. DON'T: Vandal: Don't start moving when you're already shooting, give yourself a little time to finish shooting, then proceed to move to the left or right (strafing) to force your opponent to have to move their crosshair to a new destination in order to shoot you. - Warm up I suggest playing one or two deathmatches before your games, doing arm/wrist warmups as well can help too. That should be enough to get you going. - Patience - There are quite a few moments where you are shooting before being on target - How to fix? I suggest playing a couple deathmatches (3-4) after your competitive matches each session and using a Guardian, only shoot when you are CERTAIN you will hit a headshot, you may struggle at first, but you will slowly improve every time you die, and that practice will compound and you will get better as you keep practicing. Also when using a Guardian we shouldn't be shooting any faster than a BPM of 120 (Google has a Metronome if you wish to practice this timing in the Range), this should guarantee that you never shoot too fast and gain shooting inaccuracy/bloom. Also try to pace yourself with your other weapons e.g. Classic, Ghost and Sheriff. You can find this speed in the range. - Gunfight Hygiene After you've gotten used to the Guardian, you can transfer this patience to your Vandal by also treating it like a Guardian (you can do the same practice as shown above but switch the Guardian out for a Vandal.), then you have the ability to identify times where you should commit to a crouch spray on an opponent (around 10-15m is comfortable). Practicing the first 8 bullets in your spray should be adequate enough for Gold (The second half of the spray can be a little RNG reliant at times, first half is more consistent) We should also try to incorporate some movement technique, taking one audible footstep either left or right should be enough to throw a players crosshair off to give you more time in a fight in case you miss your first few shots. Although we should aim only to start our strafing protocol if the opponent is looking at us, if our opponent is not looking in our direction, we should treat them like a training bot and stand still until they turn around. To add onto strafing, you can also take a step without making noise by stopping before your step sound. - Mindset in this ELO Iron players are not very good, they are in Iron for a reason, they are inexperienced and lack any proper mechanics or decision making, and because they lack improper decision making, that means often these players will make very strange/random decisions which you might take as you 'making a mistake'. Often the way people play VALORANT in these ELO's doesn't represent the 'proper' way of playing VALORANT if we are talking about actual strategy and tactics, we should worry too much about strategy and just aim to skill diff our opponents by shooting at them better than they shoot at us. Prioritize pinning down the reason you died 'did I rush my shots?' 'Was I run and gunning and a long range?', try to focus on your mechanical errors, other important factors you can reflect on are - Did I take on too many opponents at once? Not Isolating 1v1 duels? Did I take on too many angles at the same time? - Is the place I positioned myself too open? Do I have access to cover in case I need to disengage from a fight? Where can I position myself next time to get the most value? - Was my pathing poor? Did I expose myself to too many angles when executing onto a bombsite? Did I rotate to retake a bomb site too slow or inefficiently? - Settings With your crosshair in the Breeze game at the start I'd suggest lowering the shooting error settings by a lot, you can still have it if you need it, but don't have it too high to where you lose the middle of your screen easily. Video settings > Graphs> at the bottom > Shooting Error > Graph only. Now you can identify what is effecting your bullets to be inaccurate per shot. After you die for a short period, Orange = shooting error, blue = movement error. I really hope you can hit Gold, I've been following along since you uploaded episode one. Good luck on your climb, stay positive and don't give up, I'll be watching king! 👍

@@arieldavid1819 i would need to see how you play but i would mainly focus on comms, taking your time to aim, and just try to play together with your team/create team plans such as just getting your team to smoke bottom mid on ascent and walk up cat into tree. Also make sure to get a warm up routine as if you don't warm up you will play much worse rather than if you did warm up.

I also noticed that a lot of players in low elo don’t understand the economy of the game. As a high elo player, would you say this is something to consider in low elo?
Your voice blasts self-confidence. No extreme loud music added (I do prefer none, but this is the level I can tolerate). FUN clips. Really thankful for your content.

The fun part about playing ranked and valorant in general is that you are always learning something new everytime you go up a rank. New plays, gaining gamesense, finding your main, making calls etc. I'm Diamond 3 at the moment and I look back on when I was Iron 2 and can't fathom how I was there, but at the time, I couldn't fathom how anyone was silver. It's really fun going through the ranks, making mistakes, finding what works because eventually you get to a point where everything clicks, and the things you had to focus on before become second nature. I'm still learning now, and am actually playing more kay/o because of these videos. Thanks Gabe, been loving the series and good luck with your ranked adventures. Your aim is really solid and you'll be in gold in no time
As a pacific player, I'm so jealous of the wholesome pre-game interactions he gets from random queues.

Pacific players will never comm in Iron either
tips as a person who struggled to get out of iron and am in gold 3 rn 3:21 If you see a yoru ult (the blue strips around your screen)and are in a confined space, look completely down since there are high chances that the yoru flashes and then comes out.If you look down, you wont get flashed and you can kill him by looking up again. Its gonna be a lil messy at first but you'll get used to it. Killed prolly 10+ yorus out of their ult like that. 3:38 If you get flashed, try to jump around and do random movement. It helps you a harder target to shoot. 6:13 As a former cod player i know that flash , but in val its better off if you throw it at normal crosshair level. the more the flash is in the frame of the enemy, the more time they are flashed for. 9:53 learn at least 2-3 good reveals for each site, as once you continously use them, its easy to dodge. change it up every 2-3 rounds. If its too hard, get it on notes on your pc/phone and refer to it. Pros use their notebook/ printouts for their strats too(not allowed on stage) 11:59 since you saw the trap, and lets say it is in an unbreakable spot, use your molly to break the trip by throwing it at one of its edges. 13:31 Use your ult more if you are solo queueing as you wont ever have the perfect time to do it unless you have a duo. Dont keep waiting! You forgot to use your ult for the whole half! 21:21 classic right click is a beast if used in the right range. Try taking more closer range fights when you have a classic(for that, be more aggressive, take more space quickly, but smartly) Didnt find any 'majorr' problems on sunset, just some minor things which is hard to type . If you read this by chance, hope it helps till you get coaching from woohoojin or anyone else!! (im gold but i watch a lot of pro val and breakdowns so yea)

Some of this is not entirely correct and will build bad habits against better players. For the Yoru point, any decent Yoru will be using their ult to make space for their team. Looking down is death. Instead, be aware that Yoru rarely wants to end his ult very early, and would rather scout more area, so you can take the time to reposition and play anti-flash, and if the flash or him leaving his ult makes an audio queue, you can try dodge it then. It's much more important to have your gun ready for the opponents that will swing off of him seeing you. When you are flashed, you shouldn't jump around randomly. If you get flashed while you have your knife out, you should bunny hop towards cover. If you get flashed when you have your gun out, reach cover if you can. If you can't, maintain strafes and take pot shots at their last known location/where new audio comes from. If you know lots of enemies are pushing you when you get flashed and you can't retreat, spray and try to get at least one before you die. Any decent player who flashes you is going to make sure they hit their shot, so jumping around randomly won't do anything unless they're very bad (but you can't learn to verse bad players otherwise you'll be ill-equipped when you begin versing better players). Generally in this game, other than specific movement tech or using the operator, you want to spend as little time in the air as possible, so jumping around in a panic scenario will only make you panic more.
7:15 Dude its so awesome seeing you remembering the Line ups you learned from kjtodo. Keep this up and you Will hit gold in no time

I literally never miss your videos that was uploaded in less than 1 hour. Great woek man, huge fan!
I've noticed that you're starting to improve, brother! That's pretty cool! In the video before this, I was waiting for the lineups, it's good to see you using them B) You legit got 4 people suppressed with that sick lineup! Keep on going, Gabe, I'm enjoying these videos a lot :D GG my brother, you're getting closer to Gold, don't worry about whiffs or loses. We all gotta fail a bit if we wanna succeed, don't we?
Im not gonna lie you’re mic quality is so good that it’s actually like a musical to listen to you. Love the vids man, good luck on your journey ❤
lest go im so hype for this i love when the voiceacter just have fun and enjoy the game rather than having to act like their agent so hyped your gonna get gold in no time! :D
Lets GOOO! Amazing series so far! I saw people already giving tips and honestly they're all great! Valorant is my first FPS game, I'm silver so idk if I even have the right to say this 😆, but for me the easiest way to improve my skills is by watching the pros play the game because I ended up mimicking them on everything from crosshair placement, game sense, strafing etc. I guess that's my tips; doing what you usually do to learn and improve faster, for me it was to observe and mimic, if that's something you can relate to then I recommended it! I believe in you!
Lmaooo I was there during that stream and the chat was having so much fun with it lol! Hope you get gold!!!!!
You really are improving i can see it from when i first caught ur streams to now. Just keep ur head up, remember its just a game, and keep trying.
i love watching these they make my day :) thank you for the great content gabe!
I like that you've been applying what you've learning from the coaching from the last episodes! Epic util lineups 👍
Love this series mate, great to see you improve, interact with the community and seek coaching/tips. it's going to be really cool to watch you progress. The editing and the clean feel to your videos is a huge refreshment it doesn't feel like ridiculous cuts from a live stream, best of luck mate.
Climbed from bronze 3 to silver 2 in a matter of a couple days, I love this series, keep up the good work!
You made my day thank you, your videos are so quality and entertaining, I appreciate it so much !
loving the series, keep up the great work!
Bro I relate to your struggles so much, I managed to reach silver 1 twice but I keep falling back down lol, it's cool to see someone else also trying to climb out of low elo. I guess it just comes down to experience, like knowing what to do in certain situations and also it's really helpful to keep your crosshair at head level. it's also helpful to watch a lot of guides, not just agent guides but map guides and stuff. I think the strategy is to get good enough to the point where you can have high enough impact where if you have like one or two more teammates taht know what they're doing you can win lol anyways thanks for making fun content :D
Dude that whole breeze match was such a joy to watch, seems like those lessons from todo really paid off!
Good luck with road to gold! The way you react irl at 17:48 is hilarious lmao. Also, clean technique at 18:18!
I loved seeing the Breeze lineups in an actual game! Keep it up, you got this
ngl your like the most wholesome valorant player. love the content :D

Bro your fade and lineup is so clean
youre getting better wow keep up the vandal taps its very good to learn
Man I love this series sm
Idk why but I don’t feel as fulfilled when I watch valorant creators other than you. Thanks for making my day!
Such lighthearted motivational content your fabulous man keep it up
The grind to gold is hard bro, keep it up!
Another tip bro: See its probably going to be better when you go to settings, crosshair, and turn off movement and firing error. This helps to your aim! Love you and glad that you made channel!
This is so enjoyable fr ❤

these are always so fun to watch.
As someone who started iron 2 and recently hit gold, i believe in you and every person trying to climb out of elo hell. There will be days where your A game won't be enough to win the game and that's okay. It's the nature of improving and of team games. I also find it helpful to set short term defined goals for personal improvement so I can get little mood boosts from fulfilling them, even in rough games. I admire your skill and dedication, gabe. You're an inspiration
such nice content, love to see it. :) keep it up
I LOVE THIS SERIES‼‼
Gabe this series is actually very entertaining
Love the content man and for a faster way to get to good you can aim train unless it takes the fun out it then nvm 😂
you just made my day man, your the coolest and the friendliest guy in valorant
Hey Gabe, just wanted to let you know i recently lost interest in valorant thinking its so boring now doing the same thing over and over again but watching you play kayo made me try kayo and i have been having such a good time playing valorant again its crazy, i love this series its such a transparent video. Keep it going Gabe, watching your every video!
Yoo came back from school and a new road to gold episode LETS GOOOOOOO
0:38 for sure it was a motivation i lit thought of quiting valo cz i was not able to rank up. thanks GABE and keep it up
Gabe I love your util usage, it shows that you are focusing more as an agent than just pure aim, which is a great in all the elos, especially high ones, but a tip, get a small training routine for aim. Aimlabs, range anything works, just for 30 or 20 mins. Learning deadzones and spray controls in phantoms, gun hygiene will come in handy alot in this elo, since people panic shoot a lot. I recommend Woohoojin's aim training for 30 days vid. Also don't put yourself down, admiting ur mistakes is good but don't blame yourself for it too much, it happens and will happen. Take a break once in a while between comps and don't play if you dont want to.
I love that you're using the lineups you learned from Todo
You're getting better everyday 🔥
Gabe my man ❤ i love this serie
my favourite yt series ❤🎉
it is so nice to watch, it is way better than watching some pro plays
love this stuff dont stop homie
good luck on getting to gold gabe! im trying to get to plat and its been rough xd, also amazing video!!!
I love this guy, most of the voice actors dont play the game and the ones that do dont grind like him. His content is relatable for others who are trying to get out of low elo. ❤
love the content bro keep up the content, you'll get to gold in no tim!
this and Keeoh's clove speedrun are the best valo content rn!
1 quick piece of advice: I see you use pop flashes a lot. That's good, people forget them half the time, but there are also times where the extra delay before the pop, as well as the extra flash duration can both be very beneficial. Also, don't be shy nor get disheartened when making mistakes or not doing too hot. Instead, see bad games as oportunities to relearn what you thought you knew about the game. Realizing you're making mistakes is only the first step, the next one is to figure out why, and step 3 is to think ways to improve. Every game is an opportunity and you should always try to understand how to do better. Don't worry about doing well, focus on implementing what you've learned. And that one Sova quote is very true. There are days in which you won't land a single shot, so those days try to enable your team instead. You're doing great, mate, you really are c:
Let’s go Gabe! You can do it!
This series has inspired me to get better and I just received silver thinking about last episode :)
The king is back😂😂🎉🎉🎉
Hey Gabe! I really like your content and the fact that you actually play the game as a voiceactor! Just a little piece of advice that might help you: If you go around a corner you should try only use one key(either a or d) to swing, stop moving when you are ready to fire and without holding shift. You are gonna win much more gunfights🫡 Have a nice day!!!
LETS GO NEW ROAD TO GOLD EP! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I just got home, perfect timing!
You got this!!
I'll write what I saw from the video. Whatever rank or goals you've I hope these small details should be taken as a grain salt. I'm currently a B1 "EU" (recently). Most of my games I've been doing it by myself or with the people I know (2-5 stacks on rotation). Even though I'm not fan of 5-stacking I do for the fun of it as well. *2ND GAME - BIND* 1. Make no noise while entering from *B Long* if you see a Cypher setup. notes: Instead of hesitating or rushing to the site (right away), please be aware of the cage and the trapwires that Chyper have setup before you enter. - break them instead going in so you won't die in the progress. - *observing the map* is always a good key for everything at least when knowing you've the *spike*. - making sure everyone's also clear that there's (maybe) enemies behind btwn *B Hall, Elbow and Site*. - extra notice: B Window (sometimes enemies be there too). For feeling *fixated* there's already comment about that which is helpful. All I've to add is being logical, realistic with yourself when comes to gaming. Was FPS one or not, enjoying and keep being interesting is always good sign (including the experience you get). I remind myself very often that while playing this game: it mind look hard in the outer layer but inside is very soft and fragile. So keeping it *natural* asap is more than enough. If you feel like you aren't getting what you looking for, check your posture, relax your shoulder and mind before queuing or starting to shoot (learning how to also calmly shoot, do the placements and aim as well). ps. failing includes learning, if you don't then no one there's to help you with that. You're your own boss after all. I wish everyone "GL and shining brightest" all where you go, was in gaming or whatever you passion, keep it up!!
the omen on that breeze game sounds like piratesoftware
we all love you. keep it up
