We do not Worship our Patron saint Mr. But we are just giving them veneration for their faith, they are the hero of our Church! We ask them to pray for us! Worship is just and only given for GOD, but in saints we are giving them a simple veneration for their goodness towards faith and love for God!

@ElijahCarpenter we do not worship St. Mary Magdalene or her image. We only worship, adore and praise Jesus Christ, the one true God and true Man. Like what Bishop Tagle said, a fiesta is a thanksgiving to God for the many blessings He had given us the past year. It is a celebration of the many graces He had bestowed upon us.

@ElijahCarpenter Really? did you know that God Himself commanded to make an image? did you know the story of the Serpent made of bronze? if a serpent bit any man, he would look at the bronze serpent and live. see? and did you know the ark of covenant? God commanded to put an image of two cherubims that has a symbolism. Study our faith first before you say anything!

True. I've benn studying theology for years. Its clear that God uses images "para daluyan nga pagpapala" and only for veneration. They don't understand it. ANg tigas ng puso nila kay Inang Maria at sa mga Santo
