Awesome! I started building mine in 2021 with the basics. Gonna do some more next year! I really like your idea of a custom made bracket to hold the exhaust! I hate using the passenger foot peg bracket. I'm assuming u custom made that.

Yea i used a scrap piece of metal. Aluminium flat bar is ideal

If you use it on the track, has it ever caused any problems or issues with the crankshaft?

Top speed on it and do you have bigger fuel jets on it

This is the 300, in the united states, this bike came out in 2013-2017 and has electronic fuel injection. The top speed is around maybe 110 at best. Ive never confirmed it because my speedometer doesnt work correctly

Do you still run the stock clutch assembly? I’m worried that mine is gonna end up slipping or burning out

I ran the stock clutch for 3 years. No issues. If yours is good at the moment I would use the stock clutch and see how long you get out of it. I think its only the 400s that have the real shitty clutches. Everyone with 400s seems to have to do clutch mods or they slip like crazy

For the race upper fairing stay, did you weld an extension for the gear indicator? Just bought a track ninja 300 and I think it has the same DB holder stay but doesn't have the extension like yours.

i have one of these bikes and plan on tracking it eventually but im still a college student so I dont have much money. Are there any mods I should focus on trying to get first? Am still a novice rider.

@@NineDog nice, I always like to suggest comfort and fitment first. Think rearsets, clip ons, tank grips. Things that help you feel like you fit in the bike and are comfortable as possible. Feeling cramped or not in a good position will make you slower and less confident to feel what the bike is doing under you. When you get faster, suspension is important, unless your pretty heavy, then maybe consider suspension first. Dont need to go crazy but a decent shock and fork springs will go a long way to help if your a bigger dude. Power comes last, more power only helps if you can max the bikes potential stock. I will make an exception for a simple slip on because its nice to be able to hear your bike sing.

Usually ran Pirelli Supercorsa SC3 tires. (The track day D.O.T. ones) or Pirelli Superbike Slicks in the SC1 compound. After trying both, the SC3 track day tires are pretty damn good, pretty close in performance to the slicks.
