It's incredibly unfortunate because Kawaki grew up having parents, whereas Naruto only wanted to have parents. Nonetheless, there are occasions when being alone is preferable to having abusive parents.

@@dan7892 Sasuke makes a good point during his battle with Naruto in the final valley when they were kids. It hurts more to have someone taken away from you than not having them at all. Sure Naruto is still alive but you get my point.

@@Kingmus3b Yup he not only saw kids around him being killed like how Sasuke saw his clan killed in front of him but Kawaki had to put up with getting beaten and physically abused something Sasuke or Naruto never experienced.

​@@Leaf0028 bruh Kawaki's 12/13 yr worth of life was like Tsukuyomi torture, the difference being that it was actual physical hurt besides the psychological damage . Naruto and Sasuke were rarely physically assaulted as children except some pushing and slapping for being mischievous.

Kawaki mean Dry, that's why see see his lips dry in this flashback and even Boruto 1st meet Kawaki and kawaki blown up that guy

I hope that they make a future episode with Kawaki getting payback on his biological father with his Karma powers. Thinking if Kawaki ever runs into him again while on or after a mission together with Boruto, Sarada, and Mitsuki.

So sad for kawaki

i would like the anime to make Code backstory my theory is that Code worhsip the otstsuki bc jigen is the one who save him and give a purpose to is life by giving him the karma seal Code also probably lose is family and get hated by the human like the father of kawaki hated him and that's why Code prefer the otsutsuki than the human
