AAC block se normal ghar nahi bana sakte kia.?.2 ya 3 manzil.... or inmey bahar ki taraf tiles lag jaati hain. Jaise normal bricks 🧱 main lagti hain ..????

No. Use red bricks instead of good quality. Make sure that dpc meets flooring so that there is no seepage from ground. Red bricks sticks good with plaster and since density is less than flyash bricks therefore lower heat conduction which results in cooler homes.

Shear wall for multi-storeyed or wall?

I’m planning to construct home without rcc at roof. Idea is to put shade with clay roof tiles due to limited budget. We can spend some amount on interior RTI make looks better from inside. Sir Question is: 1. Can we build house without column? 2. Can we use AAC bricks in this case?

You can built your house without column, this type of construction called load bearing construction. But in load bearing construction you can’t use aac block because they get used in frame structure, u you can use red brick and stone for foundation

Main disadvantage of AAC block and fly ash brick is their surface...it is very smooth due to which plastering is hard to stick...somehow if manufacturer can provide tiny pore on surface to make it harsh like red brick then I feel nothing can compare flyash brick or AAC block....that's the future...🙏

Since red bricks density is low compared to flyash bricks hence in summer there is lower heat conduction from walls which results in cooler inside as compared to building made of flyash bricks. Plaster loses after some years in flyash and aac bricks walls which I have personally monitored

@@kundanpande2626 density of red brick is more then flyash bricks...that's why AAC block and flyash bricks used in high rise towers to reduce dead load...2nd the plaster issue as I said due to low value of friction between flyash brick & plaster occurs...red brick have tiny pores on surface which increase the friction & holding capacity...👷

the thermal conductivity of red brick is very high. hence in summer it heats from inside too. But AAC block is almost thermal insulator, and gives good environment inside home in all seasons.
