Shifting to proper prison after the quarantine in school: kzread.info/dash/bejne/jG2JmLSeitXMqLw.html ....UNDERMINING Magistrate and Session Courts is no good; should first apply for BAIL in Magistrate Court, then Session Court, then High Court and then in Supreme Court - this hierarchy of Justice system should not be overlooked! ....QUASHING plea was made in High Court, that’s fine; could have directly approached Supreme Court too; should believe that it’s a time taking decision!! ....if Magistrate Court has not already rejected bail, again it might be wastage of time and money to apply in Session Court on Monday for bail! ....this is just a custody, not an imprisonment, which happens after conviction! ....there was such a “Golden Chance” for all the three accused in the case to make an “Out of Court Settlement” at a Mediation Centre or personally with the Complainants once the case was “closed by the Police” with “A” Summary meaning that Police themselves had made the case DORMANT, when they were not able to collect more evidences; the case was not closed by the order of any court! At least they should have acquired anticipatory bail as a safeguard at that time itself; the present arrest and crisis would not have arisen! ....if the case was closed by any court, where is the copy of the order? The copy would have saved the day! ....bail will be granted readily but quashing will be difficult according to the facts surfacing; unless, the investigative journalist applies the skills upon himself to come up with defensive evidences and witnesses! ....BIG A being harassed indiscriminately with personal vendettas by high handed men using the State machinery; Centre must intervene before more atrocious incidents like this take place!
