I was 4 going onto 5 when it came out, I personally hate this decade now. Had enough of it. We need retro stuff back. Not this new robot shit that will drive our cars, take our jobs etc.

Even ancient people like me need this music. We work 90% of the time, but need to unplug too.

Oh my god. This song reminds me of when I was in middle school and had this huge crush on this tomboy girl. She had super short pixie hair and was really tall and thin and I just had the the biggest fucking crush on her... like I’d walk a different way to class just so I could possibly run into her. I didn’t understand my feelings then, and I still don’t now because I’m not a lesbian or anything... the only girl that ever gave me butterflies was her.

I live in a world without anything that these lyrics about. I'm from a world very similar to how the world was after April 2020..but for me it was always like that. I had help along the way, but my reality was always post-apocalyptic, dystopian dooms day. Empty dark cold isolated abandoned. Revisiting her songs after all this really helps to suddenly FEEL everything. Like I did have a life like I even have these memories. For years all I did was avoid everything and shut everything out. And I let everyone of her songs in... Not many singers or "pop stars" (besides one or two others) have ever made me feel these emotions or made it feel like I had these memories... and after the last 3 years these emotions are psychologically vital to really FEEL...
