Leave the shark alone, he just found out his Wife left him for hammer shark. Prior to that he won the lottery and he mistakenly threw away the lottery ticket. He has been very depressed and i think he still did a great job. All of his sea creatures are still proud of him despite human opinions how he was out of sync.
