i know exactly what you mean dude. i was in that place for years and years. depression is soul crushing and heart breaking. but despite all the hardships and suffering, depression (and any other mental condition) can be an opportunity to see the world differently. we’re not just depressed, we know the world needs to change, and we are here to make that change. don’t let fear stop you from being your authentic self. you’ll empower everyone else to do the same. shit still happens, just move on from it and continue enjoying the life you’ve created from doing what you love.
