Maries Palania “made you feel impressed”. LOL the world doesn’t revolve around you. Charice impressed the world. Katrina didn’t, just you. Now get over it. She’s pretty good but she’s not even near charice’s level. She can belt high note, just not near powerful as charice’s. Charice’s version of this became viral and got standing ovation, katrina didnt get any of those. There’s a reason why everytime both of them join a singing competition together, charice would be the winner not Kat. Katrina is a Philippine singer, Charice was an international singing sensation. Case closed.

It sounds better in headvoice especially Lani's soulful tone. Not everything should be about full chest voice as far as proper juxtaposition is concerned.

But it’s never about hitting the note with chest voice, rather it’s about how much soul you put into the whole performance so the audience can actually feel the message of the song. That’s why there’s dynamics, the audience should be able to feel the rise and fall of the emotions as the song is being delivered. In that note I didn’t actually feel the emotion rather just the attempt to showcase the range of her chest voice, sigaw na nga eh so pangit pakinggan.
