YES! Preach pelvic floor!! Only after mine was thrashed did I learn about it!! No doctor, no friend, no family member talked to me about this! I even mentioned symptoms to the doc but laughed about it because I thought it was just part of the process! I don't blame - it just wasn't talked about. PS boys - you have a pelvic floor too!

Yesssss, They need to teach OB's about this. They sent me to a specialist only after I gave birth and started having problems. 🤷‍♀️ They need to thoroughly explain how to handle this before, during, and after pregnancy. There are things we need to do to stop the damage and help before needing therapy, but we should automatically get 3 sessions of therapy during this time.🤔

You guys did great; this is such a fun way to educate about pregnancy honestly, and I love hearing your wives’ reactions! ❤😂
