Most people weren’t “outraged” by the photo, I think most people just slowly shook their heads or rolled their eyes and asked “why is she doing this?” She helped him. She helped Trump by making all of his detractors look bad.

What a ridiculous thing to say... Why is Kathy responsible for making Trump detractors look good or bad? She's not their paid, elected representative, like a President or something. If the photo just made you shake your head or roll your eyes, why jump immediately to all other anti-Trumpers now look bad? That seems dramatic & makes no logical sense to me.
I admired and agreed with the severed head gesture.
