I love the little smile John gives at 2:01 I love everything about this video. Perfect.
This has got to be the most stressful thing to do, that is, performing an aria (a high ranged one at that) for the radio, in front of the composer... The pianist might have felt nervous too... But they BOTH KILLED IT! :)

When she sings "I sucked and pissed," she really seems&sounds like she means business.
Except for the acoustics and mics, this is splendid! Sellars and Adams response to the flights of the singer show how much they are deeply connected to the performance. We need less three centuries old composers and more contemporary creators on stage, urgently!

Yea I've only heard Kim sing this, and the gal from BBC's Best Singer of the World. So only the best can sing it.
