Great video. I have shopped the KS surprise sale a few times and can definitely agree with everything you said. These tips can also be applied to bags at the actual outlet stores. If you look closely, you can find some gems at the outlet stores vs other items that are cheap looking. The triple compartment Leila from the outlet is on my wishlist. I seen it in store but didn’t buy 😢 It’s stunning though and has all the quality features that you mentioned.

Unfortunately, we don't have an outlet store here 🇵🇭 but we usually get end of season sales now and again with boutiques. There are resellers that sell outlet-quality bags that they pass off as boutique-quality. Will be more cautious and observant 🧐 thank you!

Thank you for making this! I was worried it was a scam at first but now it makes total sense. I already placed 2 orders 😁 I went back to check on the things you mentioned. 2 of the smaller items are foil prints of the logo. But that’s okay. I don’t see bottoms on the larger bag so probably not getting the feet. The larger bag I got I do feel is a good find with metal hardware etc. but one is smooth leather the other is pebble leather? Any input on that ?❤

Kate Spade should be able to change a bag for you if the bag has defects. I bought a bucket bag from their outlet store, and the hardware started to fall off, so I called and they confirmed I can exchange it or get a refund.

No. I do have something very similar to the pink Cameron Street Shoulder bag which looks comparable to the Laurel Way Winni. I can't seem to find my specific one online anymore, but I got it on a surprise sale for less than 100 $ a couple years ago and I love it.
