With her unique voice and strong personality she has during a long career constantly created new musical Worlds since her break-through with Wuthering Heights in 1978. The 40th anniversary is now celebrated by Gothenburg Symphony and guest artists Jennie Abrahamson (toured the World with Peter Gabriel) and Malin Dahlström (Niki & The Dove).

    Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra!!! They're superb!! And the orchestral arrangement done by Martin Schaub (behind the piano here) is so much in line with Kate's sentiment and musical and lyrical vision...

    Babooshka is a Russian word.Бабушка .rus. B(a)booshka, stress in Russian grammar is placed on the second letter.Ba(boo)shka,accent doesn't sound respectful,vulgarly.Babooshka а grandmother is a woman who has grandchildren In Russian, have the word Дедушка.rus.dedushka-grandfather.

    @@nambypamby2147 Nothing. As I said how you pronounce a word depends on where you are, local accents come into play after all. If you ever meet a scouser watch their facial expression when you ask them to say "chicken". You would be surprised how many find it either odd or funny.
