Okay na din Kay sa dati walang ayos na tirahan at walang ilaw nasa bundok PA pero masaya na pamumuhay.. At ngaun NG ipon na ako sa sarili ko...Godbless sa iyo kabayan....

we are the same.I started building my house when I was 24. now I am 25 at matatapos na sya this year. I am not married but this is all for my family because my mother is a single mother and we did experienced super poverty where we almost have no rice to eat. now my goal is to provide best life for my mom and brother.

@Tom Bland house and lot in the philippines specially in subdivisions and condo also increase in value every year I guess. A house and lot, a layman's term maybe for a complete house plus lot, once fully paid for, is considered yours. No one can evict you from your place.

@Tom Bland this is crazy, location is horrible but still expensive. This is how real estate works in philippines. Only in the Philippines, we have lot only and house only for sale, and both house and lot for sale.

The interior design look's fancy and very minimalist; anyway pag itong bahay nato binili mo sa mga Housing hindi to lalayo sa 4 to 6 Million Pesos hindi pa kasama mga gamit. Nagsusumikap rin po ako as ofw here in Taiwan, dahil pangarap ko rin po talagang makapagpatayo ng bahay para sa Mama ko. And I was really inspired by this video po. Thank you for sharing po, mas lalo ako namotivate na magwork harder and mag-save para sa dream house ko. 🤗💕 (Sakripisyo talagang lumayo sa pamilya at sakripisyo rin yung ipagpalit mo propesyon mo for good reason naman, dahil malaki ang pangarap ko para sa Mama ko at sa future family ko. I want everything to be ready and secured for my future fam. And the only thing na naisip kong mas matutupad ko eto eh kapag nag-work ako abroad.) Congratulations kabayan..ang sarap talagang tingnan ang lahat ng bunga ng pinagpaguran natin,gaya mo OFW din ako at sa edad ng 25 naipatayo ko ng bahay ang parents ko sa laguna,simple lang yun din naman ang pangarap ko para sa kanila,27 yrs old ako nagpagawa ng sariling bahay namin ng asawa ko at sa awa ng dyos sa loob ng 3 years natapos ko sya.hirap din kasi pagsabay sabayin kasi ako din nagpapaaral ng kapatid ko non.. Basta tama ang pananaw mo sa buhay,nasa dyos ang awa nasa tao ang gawa. Lahat ng meron tau ngaun e palagi nating ipag pasalamat sa Panginoon..Godbless kabayan

Same here 🤚 25 anos din ako ng natupad ko bahay ko, in just 1yr and a half. #katasNgKorea. Dalaga pa ako nun, start July 2017 natapos Dec 2018. 3bdrooms and 1bath. Medyo bongga lang sayo sis, yung sa akin simple lang kasi wala naman na nakatira sa abroad na then for good.

kylenejane belda. Madali Lang po, Check mo website ng POEA-EPS-Topic , once a year Lang ang exam. Government to government po NO THRU AGENCY. Lage ka mag-update sa kahit anong balita, but before that you need to study the korean language po. Importante yun kasi yun exam is korean.

Maraming matatanda na kayud pa rin.Gaya sa aking mga kapwa Engineers, mga malapit na senior citizens at iba 60+ na. Ah hirap ng kalagayan nila, mag-isa. Kaya habang bata pa kumayud at mag invest. When you build a house, almost half of the total cost goes to labor. Good thing your workers are your relatives and neighbors. It is very rare that youll find nice workers good on their crafts and working in this field because it's their passion. Most of them only work for money and their best interest comes first - that is to harm others. Either pakyawan or arawan, bawi sila - lamang sila. Integrity is the last thing they would consider.

Congrats sa achievement mo, masarap talaga mag invest kapag may katuwang masa mabilis hindi mabigat basta namamanage ng pamilya ang financial and needs nila I'm proud of you kasi may parents and relatives ka na nag effort to build your house, reality kasi sa mga abroad wala agad naiipon at naiinvest kasi family sa pinas maluho d marunong mag adjust akala nila sa abroad pumupulot ng pera, and second is maluho naman ang abroad at waldas! When I cannot control their expenses I take action secretly right away 😂 with a help of my bestfriend I bought a 502 sq.mtr for half million, last 2017 and my next plan is to build a house for my parents soon 😊 dapat maging wais tayo sa pag papadala kasi hindi habang panahon malakas at tatagal tayo sa abroad. Sipag tyaga at tiwala sa diyos kapag may determinasyon ka sa buhay walang imposible. Salute sayo kabayan so inspiring. Mas lalo lumakas loob ko sayo.😊🤝

bittersweet feeling pala ang makita na napatayo na ang dream house mo kasi nakita mo na ang mga bunga ng pagtatrabaho at sakripisyo pero at the same time naka dikit na din ang memories ng kuya mo..congrats pa din and ganun talaga ang buhay, kelangan lang move forward all the time.🙏

ang ganda ng bahay mo idol,talagang binigay sayo ng Poong Maykapal ang hiniling mo sakanya dahil isa kang mabait at mabuting tao.
