কাঠাল ভাংতে সরিষার তেল ব্যবহার করতে হয়। মুখের দিক থেকে কাটতে হয়। ফ্রিজে রাখার সময় অবশ্যই খুব ভাল এয়ার টাইট কন্টেইনার এ রাখতে হবে।
