Looked at the lyrics. Not sure what the connection to our eternal salvation and love found in Christ but I'm willing to look past this because I've heard her testimony and remember when I first began my journey with Christ...some things eventually change over time as you mature in faith. Even though the themes in this vid are kinda contradictory to the faith, I don't feel the need to throw rocks or cast judgment. God is the One who reigns over her conscience and will eventually cause the seed He placed in her heart to blossom, in grace, holiness and wisdom.

God knows her heart better than any judgmental people do.

There's nothing to be judgemental about Christ speaking to everyone on their level and knowing that we are human. the love of Christ be with her as she uses what God gave her to witness to those around her. Being self righteous is not the way to speak to another person. We all have had a past and make mistakes but that's why God loves is so big. Her music video is beautiful and there's nothing wrong with being who you are for Christ and for His glory.

Actually the Bible instructs us how to judge, and says nothing about never judging. People take one verse and leave out the context all the time leading people to think it says one thing when in truth it says the opposite. We are to judge to help keep each other in line. What we are not to do is judge if we are also struggling in the same area, like if you are a drunk you are not to be judging other drunks etc. The Bible says we are our brothers keeper. To not call out things with our brothers and sisters in Christ would go against God and the Bible.

"And if you lend to those from whom you expect repayment, what credit is that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners, expecting to be repaid in full." (Luke 6, 34)

Goodness people. She’s a baby Christian. You don’t automatically get all this conviction. It’s something we have to learn what it feels like/sounds like. We shouldn’t judge. We shouldn’t be rude or self righteous. Explaining kindly goes a long way.

@@bibleman7757don’t be “so heavenly you do no earthly good.” I’m not religious at all- I think the hyper religious who wear it on their sleeves are often degenerate in other areas. Thats why they are so outward about their faiths- to mask other glaring character flaws.. This holier than thou judgmental crap keeps more people out of the pews than anything else. Good job. You just made the idea of religion EXTREMELY unattractive. How about “attraction rather than promotion”- walk your own walk and stay out of the backyards of other people- maybe your actions will attract people to the faith than coming on a KZread video to scoff at someone who doesn’t meet your holy roller sensibilities. I bet you have all kinds of secrets.

The song has a cool beat. That’s about it. When Christ calls for your heart it is a radical thing! People start thinking “ you’re a Jesus freak” and basically are persecuted for it, we should stand the Heat, for He paid our Debt. We can’t sugarcoat things. Can’t be 1 foot in and 1 foot out. Especially with your platform can’t make it seem like “ I’m trying this Jesus thing” He is eternal life. Period. I hope He transforms your heart and you leave this darkness behind. There is no need for it.

Lots of folks say they came here after learning about her baptism and are now a new fan. That’s quite backwards. If you believe the Lord saved Kat to guide many others to Himself, why are you here celebrating and boasting in how her profession of faith brought you here to be entertained by her? Whom do you serve? Kat or Christ? Y’all got this thing twisted. I’ve listened to her testimony, and she has yet to tell others how she came to Christ or how they can do the same. So, until then, it’s fair to be leery. Releasing this music video only weeks after publicizing a profession of faith in Jesus isn’t mathing. Yes, sanctification is a process. But if she’s been a Christian since 2019, as she stated in her recent interview on a Christian podcast, then she should at least know singing about “vampire love” isn’t consistent with professing to be in love with Christ…at the very least it’s a stumbling block to those she’s presumably being “used” to lead to Christ.

@@nikokapanen82 God does His perfect work in us in time. Who are we to judge? The fruits of the spirit are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. God will deal with the idolatry in every one of us, in his loving-kindness he is patient and understanding and will give us time and nudges towards removing the things that don't serve us. Also in relationship with our Loving father, the more we know Him and His heart and Love, the more we understand his "laws" but also as the scriptures say "Love covers a multitude of sins." Also what are the greatest laws " You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. 38 This is the great and first commandment. 39 And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. " Just worry about the log in your own eye sir. We all have something God is trying to teach us or some way He is trying to transform us to be more like Him. Every one of us. And all through the Bible even the men after God's own heart had sin. The whole point of the bible is we didn't and couldn't meet the expectations. Not to say we give up. No. We believe Yeshua died for all our sins, our short comings. That's why we are saved, not by our own works, so that no one cast boast. But in our love for Him and His love for us we are transformed. In time. As we grow in that Love for Him we see the Love in the laws. Take care and keep growing and I will do the same. Connected to the Vine each one of us will keep growing and He will prune us, and take great care of us.
