Started this song thinking "Oh! I definitely relate because of my autism" ended it with "ah, I can relate because of abusive relationship trauma as well." It's one of the only songs that perfectly encapsulates the feeling like you're going insane while being gaslit and told to smile the entire time. That last line hit the hardest dude. YEAAAA the title Dizzy Paranoia Girl was directly inspired by the lyrics of Bug, and a bunch of other things like the bitcrush/descending vibrato on the "burnt out and naive", the sparkly windchimes the the drop of the chorus, and the Reverse Glass SFX during the final fakeout chorus were all inspired by Bug. Overall a really big inspiration for the song :))

This song goes so HARD. 2:46 specifically? It sounds like Undertale music. As if it couldn't get any bloody better?? The mixing and the lyrics have me in TATTERS, HER TUNING??? FUUUCKKKK MANNNN KAT YOU WON I THINK

My god, you've done it again! Absolute CHILLS during the chorus. I was pretty shocked when I first read the lyrics- it's a very relatable, painfully honest song. Gives off the vibe of a character who feels too much and has too much energy and talks too loud, but never with the right things, well aware of the fact that they're not quiet and perfect and that at best, they are something to be settled for.
