Kashmiri Tabakh Maaz Recipe | A Wazwan Recipe of Kashmir | Tabak Maaz
✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
* 500 gms of mutton ribs
* 1.5 ltr of water
* 1 tbsp garlic paste
* Chilli powder or paste (as per requirement)
* 1/2 tbsp fennel powder
* Salt to taste
* 1-2 tsp turmeric powder
* 3-4 green cardamom
* 1-2 black cardamom
* 4-5 cloves
* 1 star anise
* 1 cinnamon stick
* 1 bay leaf
* 4-5 tbsp mustard oil
* 2-3 tbsp clarified butter (ghee)
📝 It's even better if you use only ghee (clarified butter) instead of oil...
