Hi! What's the difference between Roganjosh or Korma according to the recipes that you've uploaded? We use a paste of sun dried red chillies in Korma instead of chilli powder and Tamarind too. Please clarify. Thanks🌷

Ezaz Illahi For korma, good amount of red chillies are used, you can use paste of sun dried chillies too. And tamarind is optional.

Assalamu alikum .Good effort on your part.But the waza has done a short cut.usually in korma whole dreid red chillies r used. They r boiled and a paste is made from them.That gives korma its color.And tamarind is must.

Actually the colour is coming out from the cockscomb or degi mirch or a kashmiri chilli paste and oil or paprika and saffron too and one must get rid of artificial food colors which are harmful to health. Can u dear show us how to make garlic chicken and garlic fluffy bread. Thanks 💙👌
