Gulmarg hotels are very expensive a 3 star hotel will cost about Rs10000 and above per night in season.

I don't have the technology to forecast it so early better keep any eye on weather forecast for that week. If its a snowfall in last week of November you may find snow at phase 1st.

These are two seperate lines and cabins. You have to change the cabins for second phase once you reach 1st phase. If you don't want to stay at 1st phase you can immediately board 2nd phase gondola. But you have to book two separate tickets to reach 2nd phase.

5000 ka bhi package hain aur 20000 ka bhi it depends on hotel, transport, heating, location of hotel, food. Jab package book Karo tu be sure if the hotels have central heating, buffet food, location of hotel, reviews of hotels and whether it's a hotel or guest house. In the name of heating most cheap packages will provide you electric blankets in your rooms. Other hotels will charge you extra for gas heating which is very dangerous and hazardous.
