The announcement of Kaseya 365 was met with a round of applause from the thousands of MSPs in attendance at Connect, driving over $10 million in ARR (annual recurring revenue) overnight for the new program. However, the haters, doubters and critics came out on the usual social media platforms to discredit the claims and poke holes in the logic. So, we asked Fred to do an interview with MSP Success CEO Robin Robins to address the comments made and clarify some of the legitimate questions people raised about what the real pricing is, lingering questions about billing, how the contracts will now work (including some language in the agreement some are saying gives Kaseya the ability to take your clients) and many others that were submitted to us.
