I did martial arts as a kid, and when I say I’ve had kicks to my leg like Dre, I feel the pain in my leg every time I watch him take those hits, it’s so painful

That's the real me

I love this scene and watch it with my nephews all the time when I explain to them what it means to persevere. They are starting to hate me, though. I love the kids bowing before Mr. Han in unison. Never get tired of this movie and this scene.

They claimed that a jump kick was impossible to block. Pretty unrealistic if you ask me. So unrealistic they made fun of such an idea in the sequel.

The climax of the original had Daniel winning with a straight kick to the face that they hyped up as some sort of impossible to defend maneuver. 😂 Nah. I liked this fight better.

The final kick was epic I would call that a bicycle kick🥰😍 amazing hard work.

Its not a real move, its one hollywood invented because t 'looks cool." This move has nothing on the original Karate Kid films.

they made a good choice casting Jackie Chan in his role. Hes not Mr Miyagi, but but i dont think anyone could truelly replace him.

This movie deserves Oscar

I love the finale , the coach never thought , his student would imitate or apply that woman's style or strategy to hypnotise his opponent, such a brilliant step to get his attention before kicking him off .....great choreography ,I never stop watching that part a hundred times ....😍💪☉👍💙💙💙

at 9:12 there is an editing mistake where the enemy sensei is laying down hurt between mr han and dre (in the back) because there is a deleted scene where han fight the other sensei for trying to hurt his student and manages to beat him. that's why the eneny students originally bowed to him, for saving their respect.

My guy gets knocked off the stage full on by getting hit in the chest (prob broken ribs) but stands up, then dies when gets kicked in the leg (ik it's some sweet spot shit along with him being injured already but still)
