I'm thinking 45.31 didn't he just break another world record? and then realize there's no hurdles 😆

@@matthewkaram9615 Super impressive to run the 45.31 completely alone... With other low 45 guys in the race i have no doubt he would've gotten under 45.0 seconds... He literally can break the indoor 400M WR before the end of this year if he feels like it.
Would love to see Warholm run a few outdoor 400m this year.

Nice to see him back on this kind of shape. Looking forward to him running indoors and out.
Last year showed even superhuman athletes can be normal and have bad days. Injuries are a part of life and it's how you respond to this. He is looking in good shape.
This a damn good indoors time!!!!
Great result!
Well done !!!!
Fantastic long stride, but he tied up bad on the second lap, kind of like he did in the World Championships.
A good time for early in the season!
Warholm is amazing.

Mamma mia 😳😳😳
This tells me he's clearly a sub 44 second outdoor quarter-miler. Probably mid 43 range. Consider also that this is still the beginning of the season. He's definitely got a sub 45 indoor 400 in him.

He had zero people pushing him. He would've been sub 45.0 with better competition in this race and who knows after a few more indoor runs could be 44.5 or better. That's down in that mid 43 seconds range we thought he is capable of.

There are many black dudes who could beat the bunch but it is likely they have some European ancestry. However, mitochondrial DNA shows we ALL have African ancestry which means we had many ancestors with dark skins. Dark skins are beneficial under the tropical sun while lighter skins are beneficial in temperate zones as they enable the production of higher amounts of Vitamin D. In the dark of night, any skin can do all right.
