It is a shame that a state govt is employing an international consultant to advise them how to manage their finances. This consultant will arrange loans for the govt and using collateral of state govt assets. And finally the state will go bankrupt. This us what happened to the andhra govt who lost the elections. Already kerala is bankrupt and other states will follow. The central govt ..rbi ..and other statutory institutions are watching and helpless in stopping this action. Finally it is the middle class taxpayers who will be footing the bill of this bankruptcy.

Am from karnataka .Am telling you it's worst thing happening in state. Taxes are hiked alot, and electric power have been hiked drastically, so once free scheme removed , our electricity bill will doubled as we were getting last year. Bus fare have been hiked for passengers who travel, and ac buses to. This idiots are spoiling the state economy.
