@@foreverlibra93 not only that but even from the marketing perspective nothing makeup related was being made. I have not heard someone say Shane makeup looks up, his skills are excellent, or anything about the knowledge and skills of applying or producing makeup. If he wanted to use the pig persona he would have a better chance using it as kink related because he branded himself as someone you shouldn't go to for fashion and cosmetics, and yet he made a series like he had a portfolio so stacked that it could speak for itself. The only one who had a better chance to do something makeup related ( or fashion related) was ryland ( Shane boyfriend). Both Jeffrey and Shane knew that all they needed was to just slap on Shane's name and it would sell. It was more like a collectable than a usable product, and if they didn't know then that only showcase obvious incompetence.

Neil Rasbury from what I understand Francesca confronted him as she thought he was talking about her (he didn’t mention her by name, but they apparently had some sort of run in previously) and he claimed that his comments were not about her, but he again mentioned the same thing on another podcast. He ended up saying her name and the podcast tried to censor it, but they didn’t quite do it right and that’s when she knew for sure his statements were about her. He’s absolutely disgusting.

I used to watch him religiously when I was a teenager, especially his Hanging with Shane daily vlogs. I'm 23 now and looking back, as a young black girl I didn't understand the racial implications of his 'comedy'. Also seeing Shanna always egging him on and literally ENCOURAGING him to say the n word, I used to think "well if another black person is okay with this then maybe it's not that bad". I knew it was controversial, but because Shane portrayed himself as this 'caring, sensitive' guy, I used to think "well he's a good guy so he can't be racist!" Chile I'm glad I've learned and grown up. At the time (2009/2010) when I was watching these vlogs I was also really insecure about being black and was constantly flooded with messages from the media that being white and having silky hair was the only way to be beautiful. I'm happy that I wasn't the only black person that used to watch him, because honestly I was mad embarrassed 😭
