Hi, I am Baljeet Kaur from Himachal. For the past few years, I was suffering from multiple diseases such as Cervical pain, Sciatica, Migraine, Rheumatoid, Arthritis etc. After trying out various treatment therapies and not getting any satisfactory results out of them, I came to know about Karma Ayurveda and visited their hospital in Delhi.
After the first few days itself, I saw a massive relief in my joint pain. Earlier, I couldn’t even put my feet on the ground, as it would hurt a lot. Now I can easily do that without worrying about the pain and can even walk a few steps, though, going up and down the stairs is still a difficult task. Few months back, I couldn’t even move my neck towards right, however, now the neck mobility has improved vastly and I can easily move my neck towards right without any pain.
The facilities in this hospital have been quite amazing. Right from a personalized, curated diet to the infrastructure to the polite behavior of the staff, everything is just perfect. Heat therapy, Massages and Panchakarma therapy have benefited me with my joint pain, in particular. In addition to this, the diet plans have also improved my overall health. I just hope to live a normal life once again and with the kind of improvements I have witnessed in my symptoms at Karma Ayurveda, I am sure that day won’t be far when I would be able to perform all the daily tasks like cooking in the kitchen without worrying about pain.
