Actually if you are half awake, and you see someone who is also sleeping even though you know that you are alone, sometimes you can’t think clearly and sleep again. You will realize it if you are fully awake or get back to your senses and that’s the time you will wonder who is that person that you see or react in a different way like running, shouting or being scared.

Any time an idol is on-camera, they are purposely portraying a certain image. Her eating lots of donuts is part of her image. She might happen to have things in common with the public persona that SM Ent gave her, maybe she would have eaten the donuts if she wasn't doing a live, but you need to keep in mind how constructed kpop idol's images are.

Ghosts are not dead humans spirits, they're actually demonic entities of dead nephilim (offspiring fallen angels and human Woman). In the Bible it mentions, that all humans go to the Underworld a place known as Sheol (from the old testament) and HADES, PARADISE AND GEHENNA (new Testament) Im a Christian, when i was seeking God I earnstly seek Jesus, i've experienced supernatural attacks. I remember Joy from Red Velvet and Jessi talking about having Sleep paralysis, I've experienced that too. Hollywood/Film industry and Kpop/music industry are very satanic. They put a lot of occult symbols in their music video. It's super scary :( I would recommend people watch the Good Fight Ministries KZread channel they talk about this stuff.
