I bet the voters of Arizona are quietly thanking the fact that Kari Lake lost to Kathy Hobbs in the governor's race in 2022. Hobbs said that she was an opportunist and this is what's in full display, and the way she posted her message with that change in position with regards to abortion only showed to everyone in Arizona that her heart was never in it, I'm sure this also disappointed her hardcore anti-Abortion base. She was only in it to win, and when the sign of the times are moving towards support for Abortion rights well, there she goes following. . . She was never an advocate against abortion even, she never cared about it, Now we all know, Think of all women that silently suffered as she was in that forefront of that intimidation campaign against abortion in Arizona, people should know that her heart was never in it.

Isn't banning abortion and saving babies the same thing? What about saving the lives of women experiencing ectopic or otherwise failing pregnancies that are threatening their lives and can't possibly bring a baby to term? The medical treatment they need is--guess what--an abortion. Not because it's an "unwanted pregnancy." But because they want to live long enough to try to become pregnant again. How is that so complicated to understand?

Very true, but also we shouldn't have to explain why we want access to a safe medical procedure. And for those who won't share because they're embarrassed of their reasons... I wanted, needed, to finish my education, not immediately life threatening... But quality of life would have been dramatically lowered for myself and the child I choose to abort. Instead, I subconsciously picked up step kids as soon as I graduated... And intentionally was a great mom just like I naturally would have been if running and finances were right. 🧡

@@carolinaterri3569 A man and woman make the same choices, but only a woman has to put her body through a 9 month's medical and life-threatening ordeal that includes massive weight gain swollen hands and feet, hemorrhoids, gas bloating fatigue constipation limited movement, and let's not forget the hours of pain associated with labor and risk of death, not to mention postpart pregnancy symptoms such as vaginal tearing or possible prolapse, incontinencs, postpartum depression or psychosis etc, while the man who made the same exact choices as she did does not even have to donate a tiny bit of blood to the baby if it was dying and needed it. How is that equal?
