Diagnosed with Major Depression almost 15 years ago. Two weeks ago doctor released me from treatment. Jesus, my healer. Once I chose to trust and open old wounds, He healed me completely. My cup overflows because of Him. He is my everything, all Glory to God.

Hmm. Gosh that is a lot of years you were with bad mental health. I am glad you are okay. When I had social generalized anxiety disorder, i had a psychiatrist and a therapist counseling with me. My therapist was Catholic and good Catholic; she was very nice and told me she prayed for me. I feel we got along because I am Catholic as well. She told me the benefits of Religion. Of believing in God. My psychiatrist was very good too and he was sort of shy as well, but gentle young guy. I was supposed to take medication for anxiety but suddenly it was no good. I did not like it. So eventually I am not sure how, but I started getting better. Keep God with you. God is good. When you have God with you, He will lead you to great things. Read the Bible. I will suggest you to download the app relevant radio. The station is 930 AM.

I bet if people who are "depressed" took time to understand the lyrics of this wonderful song, most of them will realize that they should stop asking "why is this happening to me,God?" and start trusting and looking forward to their wonderful future because they understand now that God has a plan filled with happiness for those who do good (don't worry, God also has a plan to save the people who DON'T do good. His plan is to save them. for now, It's a mystery how He plans to save them, but with faith and patience, we'll find out soon) Amen? :)

If only it were that easy. I've known people that suffer from depression. It's real. Most of the time, it's ignorant comments like this that make Christians suffering from depression feel even more worthless because they KNOW they should not be worried or depressed. It's a mental sickness, just like alzheimers. So don't be so quick to judge and just try to lift them up.

I was diagnosed with severe clinical depression and for a while, this song did help me. I started going to church and opening my heart to god. and I was the happiest I have ever been. but then I sank back into my depression. it makes me question everything and anything. I'm trying super hard to let god back into my life. I cannot overcome something like this by myself. I'm not supposed to.

I remembered 4 years ago when me and my ex boyfriend broke up. This was the song I kept listening to at those times that I am hurting. It gave me hope to get back on my relationship with the Lord because I got my life lost and broke. Indeed, God made my heart steady on Him. 4 years passed and I am happily and satisfactorily single because I am living my best life by His best love. Entrusting Him our heart is always worth to do. Jesus will bless you with someone better! He had to show me in my last relationship that it wasn't right for me and that I needed to get out of it and nd I did it. Right now I think Jesus for blessing me with things to replace a man with his glory. And I know Jesus will help me find a good man too like he'll help you find a good man. You just have to keep praying to him and asking him to help you find a person that loves him and is respectful 🙂

Even though I'm a Christian, I still need Jesus to clean up my heart and make me a better person! I asked Jesus to help me get rid of self-pity which is a sign of pride and getting defensive when people make me mad and I don't want to be like that anymore. I know if Jesus was able to work on Peter his disciple since he had a bad temper he could work on me and make me a new person. All I have to do is spend time with him more everyday at least for 30 minutes or an hour to be a person in him!

My husband and I accepted the lord as our saviour and was both baptised three weeks ago

I hope you will see this answer. Just, to encourage you that 1- You cannot be pleasing to God unless God helps you. Philippians, 2:13 says that " for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose". 2- So, go to Him and call upon the Name of JESUS, and God will answer. 2- You should also need to constantly feed your spirit with the WORD OF GOD for It is powerful. Again, you need to ask God to work in you to WILL and ACT. But try and do all of them, not out of duty, but out of love for GOD.

God's presence in your life is like a long happy and trusting marriage. God's presence is like a long, old best friend. You would do anything for your spouse or your best friend -- anything to please them or make them happy. You want them to be proud of you and you share everything with them -- the most intimate details of your life! You cannot imagine your life without your husband/wife or your best friend (whoever that may be). You look forward to spending time with them. The same can be said about God, but most of us put Him in a "box" and only take Him out every Sunday. We put Him back on the shelf as soon as we leave church. But you should WANT to spend time with God in the same ways that you spend time doing your favorite hobbies, spending time with your family or friends. The more time you spend with Him, the more you want of Him. Yes, God's presence makes life worth living. Why not start deepening and building your relationship with Him seven days a week?

One night, my boyfriend introduced me to this song so I listened to it & didn't notice that I kept on playing it over & over & over & over again!!!! Kari obviously dedicates this song to Him. This song is supposed to comfort me but why do I feel like crying when I listen to it especially "When when it's hard, even when it hurts, even when it all just fall apart"part 😭 I feel so alone in this world...I never feel enough for anybody....I always try to fit in but I always lag behind in everything.....if it was not for God I don't think I'd be able to survive this world 😓

Angela Mtz 'He loves you just the way you are' and 'No matter what happens, His plan for you is for YOUR good'.. When i finally grasped, accepted and believed that, I was freed from depression. Everyday He walks with me and teaches me new things that push that dark cloud further and furthe away! It had nothing to do with me, medication or counselling. I just took Him at His word. I pray He may work the same in you that He has done in me.

I listened to this last 2014 when I experienced my first heartbreak that left me crumbling into pieces. now this 2020 this song emerged again in my life where I find myself broken into pieces by my boyfriend who cheated on me. will listen to this song till I heal. and I know I will get back again. so if you are hurt, and it's hard to wake up every morning. Please know that God steadies our hearts and heals our scars.

God used this song to speak to my heart in one of the worst time of my life. God is so merciful that he uses people in different ways to help each other as the body of Christ. And even if Kari Jobe will never know this, I thank God for her life. She is a great instrument in His hands 😊 This song is always one of my favorites!

When I had social generalized anxiety disorder, i had a psychiatrist and a therapist counseling with me. My therapist was Catholic and good Catholic; she was very nice and told me she prayed for me. I feel we got along because I am Catholic as well. She told me the benefits of Religion. Of believing in God. My psychiatrist was very good too and he was sort of shy as well, but gentle young guy. I was supposed to take medication for anxiety but suddenly it was no good. I did not like it. So eventually I am not sure how, but I started getting better. Keep God with you. God is good. When you have God with you, He will lead you to great things. Read the Bible. I will suggest you to download the app relevant radio. The station is 930 AM.
