As an Indian, I'm against the delivery girl. Cause here tipping is not the culture, for a matter fact nobody actually tip. But I know for a fact that tipping is optional, u can't force someone for it.

Me too I really love it. But you know, sometimes it's kind of hard to work out who is the Karen and who is the innocent person. For example the first clip we're just told he's acting like that for no reason, but there must have been some reason to it. The woman complaining about the car idling also wasn't being that much of a Karen. Laws against car idling make a lot of sense for the environment.

To her, there was no point of her giving them the groceries because it was not like she was getting paid for all her hard work. Just imagine you were in her position. You had to get loads of heavy cans and 40 dollars worth of groceries from the store, carry all that heavy load to your car, drive that car to a house, then load off all the heavy 24 pack cans, all for the person to not even give you a dime for your work. That’s not fair to her because the people just paid the store for the things they bought. They did not pay the girl for all the aforementioned work. To me, she had every right to get mad. If the store was going to give her her salary from the money for the groceries, it would have been different. But her salary IS the tips.

Actually Uber drivers and door dash already get a specific money, a tip is just an add on. Uber also shows you an estimated amount with tip. It tells you the estimated amount so they know how much they're getting in genera. Also usally with pick up orders like in the video Walmart workers will just load up with car themselve. Also it shows you the distance you have to drive.
