In September, my friends and I were biking to school, and we were trying to cross a busy street. One lane stopped for us, but the other lane didn't, and there was a car behind us. We were waiting for about a minute before this Karen tried to boss us around. She was like, "So if you're going to ride your bikes, you have to maintain the car rules. See this crosswalk? That means you have to walk your bikes across." We just ignored her and biked across anyway. We aren't rewarding Karen.

I think those were the rule the use to teach kids. the whole walking the bike at crosswalks it was a whole lesson many years ago at a time where kids weren't allowed to think or ask questions but had to follow. I sure kids are still brained washed in schools just different training.

Its slower but alot safer. For example, you could ride your bike across then it falls, you get stuck and a semi comes, they can't see you so you should get off your bike and walk across but it's your decision
