I could not have found this song at a better time because I struggle daily trying to be the person God created me to be but the devil stays on my heels, if anyone comes across this comment please pray for me and my family and Thank you Lord 🙏 for leading me to this song

God is still working in all of us . We are not perfect but we can surely focus on Jesus' mighty strength to lift us up when we are weak. Lets keep doing whats best praying untill the word of God gets rooted in our heart.

I mean, as far as the David vs KPNR version, I don't know. David seems to maybe be a bit more convicting, but I still find myself rewinding the key change over and over again of Karen's version. And the camera shot at 2:55 of everyone jumping up is pretty impressive camera work as well. Either way, either version, love the song. Was it written by Bill and Gloria?

No, I think Fagner is right, it was by Bill and Gloria and Woody. The Gaithersburg Vocal Band performed the song long, long before Karen.

If I have a friend who was doing drag in a gay bar and a woman walks in and sez God wants you to be my husband and now they have been married 40 years. Now, they have 4 boys and are perfectly happy. Now, maybe this guy you are talking about has a story to tell...as well? Don't know but please don't judge.
