That one with the little boy with the whip, the parents should be charged with something for not only allowing their son to do that (and so openly in broad daylight too), but also for trying to defend the son's actions as well. Even in inexperienced hands, a whip could do more damage than one might think

If he did that back in my Nan's day, he'd be getting the business end of the whip from both the Homeowner, his Dad AND the Police. Also, the look on his face when the Mum opened the door was priceless! I bet he thought the girl was going to answer instead of the Mum! Seriously, his face goes from "Gotcha, bitch!" to "Aw, shit..." faster than the speed of light!

@@flashstudiosguy Right. My kids would have never done anything like that. But had they come even CLOSE...I WOULD HAVE BEEN WHOOPING THAT @SS ALL THE WAY TO THE NEIGHBORS HOUSE FOR THEM TO DO SOME SERIOUS SINCERE APOLOGIZING AND THEN WHOOPED THEM ALL THE WAY BACK HOME. I didnt play around from a very young age. They knew I meant business. If and when they screwed up they not only were punished by their dad and I but they had to face who they had done wrong, admit what they did, acknowledge what it caused and apologize. They hardly ever did anything to be in trouble but they also knew that they would be held responsible for it and or what part they played in whatever happened.

My son moved out to California and I sent him a lot of stuff from Amazon to help set him up in his new apartment. The packages I sent were being stolen constantly. So I talked to a customer service representative at Amazon who said that I could have the stuff sent to an Amazon locker, in this case it was a 7-11 less than 2 miles from his apartment. I would just send him a code and he picked the packages up at 7-11. So if your stuff is getting stolen a lot, I highly recommend this solution.

That's a great suggestion! I live in a "secure" apartment building (senior citizens), so we don't have that problem here...there are surveillance cameras all over the building and in the parking lot...but I can see where it would be wise to have the packages delivered elsewhere. Even if it's a bit inconvenient, it's worth it if your packages are being stolen.

My husband ordered a watch over the Internet. It required a signature since it was fairly expensive. No one rang the bell, but we found a USPS note they tried to deliver and no one was home. Our RING doorbell showed she never rang the bell…we were home. She left the card for us to sign, leave at the door and it would be delivered the next day. We did, we didn’t want the same thing to happen again. I get up next morning, open the front door, there’s no USPS card and no package. We checked RING, she got out of the truck, empty handed, walked up to our door, took the note and left. We basically signed for a package we never received. I raced to the post office and raised holy hell. We eventually got the watch and she was fired. Apparently, it wasn’t the first time she’d pulled that stunt.

The mindset of narcissists and those with antisocial personality disorders are, as long as they can subjectively frame themselves as the victim within their own subjective mind, then in terms of objective reality they are then truly victims. That's the common pattern and logic these people have. Which makes it literally impossible for anyone to make these types of people take any responsibility or accountability for their own negative actions, since they can easily frame reality into anything that they want to reframe it as. Even if you punish them with fear and consequences or even death, their subjective mind will still sincerely believe in their own victimhood till the very end. The only solution I've found so far that bypasses their own infinite subjectivity, is that you find a way to take away any psychological comfort and security and self-validation, these types of people can ever derive from their own selfishness. But it's often an extremely traumatic experience for those I've tested it on. Some goes into a state of temporary amnesia, just to psychologically survive and maintain their own victimhood within their own self-delusions. The key is to lure out fully their self-delusions and selfishness against themselves, over and over again, in endless cycles. Till their narcissism breaks apart psychologically. Even most normal people have seeds of self-centeredness and self-denials within themselves, but at a much milder degree. Karens and narcissists simply express this selfish human trait and psychological self-defense mechanism to the far extremes. All animals including humans are designed to protect their own identity, be it physically or psychologically. Nature designed it into our minds. And selected a tiny percentage of all human beings to constantly experiment the far extremes, be it towards absolute selfishness or unconditional altruism.

Legal guardians are responsible for the actions of the minors they are the legal guardians of. This is how society keeps minors from doing whatever the h*ll they want.
