I like this steamer..

This video is what i was looking for.

I have only used my machine 3/4 times and noticed a 'squeak' of steam coming out of the safety lock so descaled it with Karcher powder. Now it has lots of steam escaping from it so it's dangerous and the noise scares the animals. I can't use it any more. Is it a faulty lock? Is there any way to check it? Thanks

Hello, yes need to replace the safety lock bcoz its not holding the pressure anymore..

Mine is new and refused to turn on after repair. The steam is not very powerful, do you know how I can solve this.

Do you put water back into the boiler after it’s been descaled?

After descaling wash with fresh water first then pour water in it..

Non il ne faut pas remettre de l’eau à l’intérieur! Une fois que tout est bien rincé, il faut vider le réservoir et revisser. On est pas supposer remettre de l’eau à l’intérieur!

Try at Amazon or E-bay, descaling powder for steamers.
