I followed the tutorial to use this machine and after the orange light turned off and I started cleaning, water stared coming out the steamer from the bottom. Why that happened? Did I put too much water?

Hi Nino, Yes it is clean all of what you have mentioned. Very good for cleaning all hard surfaces in the vehicle as well as seats & carpets (It will work even better if you combine it with a wet/dry vaccum cleaner). It works great for deep cleaning leather seats but you have to make sure you put on a leather conditioner afterwards. Wouldn't the steam pad just spread the dirt while cleaning? I guess you will need a few pads to change when one gets dirty.

Yes we recommend buying an extra box of pads. You can rinse them out and go again but easier to put on the next one. All of our pads are machine washable. Hi! One of the reasons could possibly be that your machine is full of lime scale. You can descale your machine using the Karcher descaler sticks/powder.

Why orange light turn on each 30 seconds even after 8 minutes?

Hi Alexis, the orange light can come back on as it indicates the machine heating up. This happens in order to maintain the heat inside of the machine.
