    Back kicks are imo the most brutal kicks. They send me (74kg) flying even trough thick big kick pads. Great video!

    Same problem I have while tkd sparring. While I'm doing combinations I always have the urge to throw a spin hook. I can only remember once recently where it landed offensively. I'll definitely check out your page

    I use it too. Raise the lead leg to check. Then kick with the back leg. I guess it's better if you can give a few clues on how to aim. I usually quickly place the foot of the standing leg with the toes pointing the opposite direction and kick fast without looking back. It can be a very sneaky kick because it's the heel of the standing leg looking at him instead of the eyes. I would love to hear more from people also use this particular kick. please!

    @fightTIPS Shawn, I trained MMA some awhile ago and am getting back into it. I can take TKD for free. In your opinion, would this make me a more well rounded fighter, or, would it be better to just focus on muy thai and bjj? I would really appreciate hearing what you think. Thank you for your time

    Hey Shane I got a question and can you do a video of the question how can you put so much power and you have speed to punch quick I want that crazy power punch and that it's so quick that it is a blur that would be so cool if it works because I need to defend myself and work on being a great fighter in my dojo i want to be so quick and strong people will say wow this guy is good I already worked on blocking hits and everything but I can't be good at this question I asked you

    I like the karate spinning back kick, but I prefer the TKD turning sidekick. It’s got a lot more power because of a few minor differences that give it more torque... if your reading this and you care, Joe Rogan explains and demonstrates it very well and there are a couple different videos on KZread with him teaching it. One of those he’s even teaching GSP, I think they were at 10th planet.

    Din Masovic something I like to call Speed Reps. Each individual technique on each side to get the muscle memory of the fast twitch fibers (but don't forget standard conditioning, that's how I plateaued last month)
