My mum died a year and a half ago. My fondest memories are fading. I'm beginning to forget her voice, her touch. Boy would I give it all up to see my mother again. Miss you, mum. deep breathing exercises also help. like meditation but focus on ur breath. breath in thru nose, hold 4 seconds, purse lips & exhale. removes toxins from bottom of lungs & the focus on breath relaxes & removes stress. - 4 seconds in thru nose - Hold 4 seconds - Purse lips & exhale 4 seconds - increase the time as u can

Who's watching in 2021?? Also this is so calming this makes me relax from my problems!

Tried having this running as background music during a DnD session. Ended up having it as the accompaniment for a sea burial after a nasty fight killed a lot of the sailors we were travelling with. One of our friends sung a sailors farewell as my character managed to catch a glimpse of a ghost ship aside ours that the spirits of the dead sailors climbed onto to depart to the next life. This music really helped that moment hit home, so thanks for that.
