Ideally you should start early in the morning you would find less heavy traffic in sukkar section. If you start 6 am you would reach sukkar motorway around 2-3 PM. It would be hot but no other option. Total toll would be around 3K Air pump Compressor is a must. Stay is best in Multan and lunch you can have many options along national highway. 1. 5am 2. Start your journey and do not think about it 3. Approximately 3000 4. Fan belts, brake shoes, tow chain, they are not compulsory but just replying to your query 5. You can have your breakfast/lunch from anywhere, u will not find any restaurant on Sukkur Multan motorway, keep moving and have breakfast when ever u feel hungry, u will be T Multan at 6pm, have a room in hotel and have dinner 6. 130 is a phone number but it is effective from the starting of Punjab, though officially it is also operative in Sindh

If you travel in day time then it's better to jamahshoro sehwan dadu larkana and then Sukkur via bangul dero madeji ,50km is more then N5 but this road is very excellent 90% is double track but you will drive very easy because no heavy truck and very less traffic but in this way motorways police already deployed so in day time it's very Safe
