I was trying this to no avail BUT the blurry part that I missed was at 0:45 when she not only places the new spring on place but ‘clips’ one end into the side which hold the spring on. After doing this it worked like magic!🤯

Question, mine it’s loosely and it doesn’t clipped close and you can move the little handles with your finger easily. Do you think I need to change it?

A more close up picture I what's going on and your video can't really see what you're doing with the spring my spring has falling out of place and I need to fix my necklace but I can't because I don't know how to fix it if your video was a little better and is more visible and I might be able to use your video to fix my necklace so if you can fix it I appreciate it
