Khameer uthane se hi jilebi khasta अच्छी banti hai, koi nahin batata, पुश्तेनी देशी halwai jante hai, नौशिखीये नहीं, my father mother knew vry well.

Khamir k liye khata dahi dala jata hai aur 7to8 hours hi batter ko rakhna hota hai khamir a jata hai aur second day khamir mai aur maida thoda sa besan dal k phir 2 hours k liye rakha jata hai. Phir jalabi bana k chashni mai dalai jati hai
