people want to label them as stupid but i disagree unequivocally.They do touch matters which happen in these communities on an everyday basis, in this case where there could be communication to resolve issues with your neighbour instead one thing appear to be escalating the other.It is a real sad story witnessed with no shortage of examples in major ghettos.
