    Can i claim a loss of income from car insurance? For example public transport car is involved.

    How many days po yung turn around time nyo to process the pay-out? You are right po sa very stressful ang wala kang magamit na sasakyan.

    Nabangga po yung sasakyan sa parking area, wala pang 2 years ang sasakyan. Paano kapag yung LOA ay mas maliit yung amount vs. Estimate ni Casa. Example si estimate from casa is 100K yung LOA from insurance is 50K. Papaano po yung natitirang 50K sino po ang sasagot nun?

    3 to 7 working days ang processing for LOA? Skin 3 weeks na pro until now wla prin, kpag tinawagan ifofollow up. My God

    What the VP said about the policy is kabaliktaran sa mga pinag gagawa nila. They declared total loss of our unit kahit hindi naman na fall sa mga minention niya sa total loss. Based pa sa agent nila, kinuha nila ang FMV ng vehicle sa mga ads? So kung sa korte tatanungin sila kung paano nola kinalculate ang FMV vehicle ng BRIO RS BLACKTOP 2021 model with 5k ODO it way beyond the lowest of the lowest market value price binigay nila! Na dedefeat yung purpose na kumuha kami ng insurance sa kanila to think januaray this year lang namin nabili ang car together with the insurance! Oct 2 we had a self accident and it falls under self/own damage tapos ngayon ang tagal pa ng pagprocess at approval tapos mali2 naman ang information na binigay! Wala ngag ng explain samin na agent sa policy namin!

    What if po wala naman accident? Bigla lang mag overheat ang sasakyan and ang nakita ng casa is need palitan ang engine, pwede ba kami mag claim sa insurance? Dapat ba pag may accident lang pwede mag claim?

    If no accident happens, that's not claimable. Normal wear and tear-damaged parts are not covered by the insurance. It's very important to determine the proximate cause.
