Some drinks are too strong and too sweet and contain too much sugar that you wanna add some more ice to them,so in this case what this person is doing really good and hit the spot on,cuz they're tasty when you add more ice to the drinks it turns out more tasty without too much sugar and too spicy kinda drinks like sour drinks or carbohydrates drinks with too much sugar in them.

former barista here - tbf, you can always ask for less ice, but most cold drinks need the ice to make the drink cold cuz some of the ingredients are not that cold. Americano used a lot of ice but it’s espresso mixed with water. Espresso is made hot… so it melts the ice into water.

@@perry4415 some of the ades have fruit purées that would make them more expensive. Also these drink aren’t very expensive + the cups are kinda big. 🤷‍♀️
