If you're still in school, advice: 99.9% of people wont fit the "real friend" category. I only got one friend still from school and I was friends with him since 3rd grade. my other real friends (like 3 or so) was met after high school.

You ain’t the only one, I’m friends on Facebook with classmates from high school. And I always see some of them together being thankful for their friendships with whoever but I don’t hardly have that. Their kids being friends with their kids like a another generation thing.
