I have said it 7 years ago and i will say it again. Kanye will never be satisfied. He doesnt just want money, loyal fans and recognition. He is not content with being the most praised and succesfull rapper alive. He wants to be a Mozart, Michelangelo or Goethe. He wants his art being venerated as immortal. Being loved by his fans and the people to wich his music truly means something is not enough. Its the admoration of the elites that i think he wants. I mean he said so about his shoes and music. And i think thats sad.

Honestly I always thought his music was overhyped. Yes it was innovative and genre pushing, but calling someone a 'Genius' is a fast way to create a person like Kanye, with one of the largest egos in existence. At the same time, it is Kanye's responsibility to keep control of his emotions, the things he says, his actions and the people he surrounds himself with. Kanye has enough money and influence to surround himself with people who will help him with his mental health. Kanye has enough money to get the best mental health treatment available. Kanye has enough influence to put safeguards in place to stop himself from releasing harmful content in times of mania. Kanye does none of these things. He should absolutely face the consequences of his own actions. He is negligent to his own behaviour.

@icekoldkilla I feel like just saying "oh he's biploar so" is used way too easy as a way to write off Kanye's terrible behaviour because there are a lot of bipolar people who don't go around spouting the kind of hate and bigotry that Kanye has. It's a disorder which causes you to have much worse control of their emotions, which leaves you more vulnerable to outbursts yes, but with proper support networks, psychologist/therapist help and medication people can often help to alleviate some of that. I'm not going to deny that what happened to you with your family member is tragic, not everyone can learn to live with it. The thing about Kanye is that he actively says he doesn't want to try and deal with it and not interact with the consequences. Being neurodivergent doesn't exclude you from the consequences of hurting the people around you, especially when someone like Kanye refuses to deal with the consequences of his behaviour and gives people with BPD a worse name and stigma.

In the past 2 weeks there have been literally *hundreds* of Kanye media leaks (songs, project stems, music videos and documentaries like the one these clips came from, etc.) They've come from leakers, not anyone associated with Ye. It's so sad to watch Kanye speak sometimes. His thoughts are so clearly disorganized and racing. The man is going a million miles an hour and won't stop until it too late which is the vicious bipolar cycle. I'm not excusing any of his actions, but I do have sympathy for his mental condition.
