Yelp, cora is gonna flip and take a deal.

I don't see any reason for the prosecutor to want to make any deals. From what we know, he has 5 solid death row convictions without anyone testifying against the others. They always want all the evidence they can collect but that's usually during the investigation or if they haven't identified the criminal. In this case there is a mountain of evidence already.

No benefit to the prosecution if one turns on another. The evidence is overwhelming.

This attorney feeling up her client seems reminiscent of Jennifer Crumbley's attorney who had her nose in Jennifer's ear on numerous occasions and wanted Jennifer to be put on house arrest in her home where her own children lived. Creepy vibes steady flowing from that situation.

I agree! It is frustrating not being given all the actual facts of the court date and why they were all there at the same time, besides the 6th defendant. Why wasn’t he at the hearing?

The courtroom was so full the Judge barely had room to sit down. 🙆

That’s bizarre with that guy’s lawyer. What are these lawyer thinking these days? That they’re in some movie?

Cole T's lawyer was probably trying to induce Cora to stay in support of Cole because she felt Cole would fare better if wife was on his side instead of against him. By making Cora jealous, it would help bond them together and separate those two from the others, so they could blame the others and say they were tricked, lied to, or something like that.

This Cora woman seems to be the weaker of all of them. I very much doubt the female attorney's attracted to her client. All the defendants and all their attorneys were in the same room for the first time. I think they are accessing each other like dogs in a dog park and finding out which buttons to press. This was the worst coverage ever, no idea why they were in court , what happened in the hearing, who the different attorneys are, not even the charges or allegations. But so much info about an attorney touching/ leaning into her client when we've seen lawyers lean in clients, or adjust something about their appearance when in court. Would we care if his attorney wasn't a woman? Ridiculous - get some actual info to report.

I swear I haven't been following it and not that cuz I've been out of town but I cannot wait to catch up because this is the wildest most horrible thing I've been through something similar to this but God I mean I'm sorry I am blessed and the woman is a saint compared to this this is horrible.

No one needs to talk or flip. There's enough evidence to convict everyone from what I've seen, especially with the testimony of the Twombly's daughter and the confession of Paul Grice. Each one of them has the victims' blood on their hands whether they were participants in the actual murders or not.
